We were looking for a dependable car for our teenage daughter at a price that she could afford. Scott and Mark were great....no high pressure phone calls or trying to get into something that wouldn't be daughter at a price that she could afford. Scott and Mark were great....no high pressure phone calls or trying to get into something that wouldn't be right for her. We asked Scott if he could make sure the tank was full (a dad thing)and we would pay him for it and he did it without question out of his pocket. He even called the window tinting place to get her his discount. Thanks Scott she loves the car and we will be back when we need another!!! More

Experience was great. Four Stars (Roy) took down everything requested and found exactly the right car. I know the car business is just that. However, buying a car of this caliber would've like to everything requested and found exactly the right car. I know the car business is just that. However, buying a car of this caliber would've like to have had the tinting at no cost and maybe even the mats. It wasn't a deal breaker but if those would've been added in at no cost...customer...no loyalty for life! Please don't take this negatively because the folks made the experience....from carwash to sale thru financing. Even so far as Roy delivering the tags to my house. I appreciate all Four Stars and Roy did to make this a memorable experience for my family. More

The employees we worked with were very kind and answered all questions that we asked them. We live in a different state than the dealer and they were willing to have someone meet us half way with the vehicl all questions that we asked them. I had a 2008 Chev Avalanche and my wife loved to drive it. We were in Wichitaa Falls, Texas and saw the ad from Four Stars Auto ranch Witha 2008 Chev avalanche for a good price. We went by the dealeship and met Mr. Roy Boswell and purchased the avalanche. My Wife saw a new 2011 avalanche while we were there and when we got home she decided she would like to have the new one and called Mr Boswell and he told her that if we returned the 2008 he would apply what we paid on the 2008 to the new 2011 avalanche so we took the 2008 avalanche back and got the 2011 avalanche. when we got home I decided that I liked the 2008 avalanche that my wife had purchased and returned so I took my 2008 avalanche and traided with Row for the 2008 avalanche that my wife returned. Soon after that we took my Daughter to the dealership and purchased a 2010 Chrysler SUV.and we are very happy with the cars and the service we received from Mr Roy Boswell and the four Star Auto Ranch. We were treated better than any dealer ship I was ever in, I am a 80 year old man and have delt with a few. We Live in Lufkin, Texas Which is 300 miles away. More

Shopping for a vehicle had always been a chore---it would take days to stop at each dealership, view their inventory, test drive the vehicle, and---the worse part---haggle over the price. The internet made shopping so much easier---we viewed various dealership websites, narrowed the field to Four Stars Auto Ranch and 2 particular vehicles. We got out there, test drove each vehicle, and made our selection. And the best part? We didn't have to haggle over the price! Our sales person, Roy Boswell, made this transaction easy and a unique experience. Who would've thought you could buy a vehicle and not haggle over the price not once? And Roy truly went over and beyond the call of duty to give us great service. The drive out to Four Stars Auto Ranch was worth the shopping experience. Recommend you give them a try. More

I just bought a new 2011 Chevrolet Traverse. I traded in my 2008 Honda Accord. I had an excellent sales experience. I was upside down on my trade.
