My last trip to 4 star ford Service department was a great experience before this visit. New service manager is a xxxxx, much too busy to talk to me. Technician who plug into my Service department was a great experience before this visit. New service manager is a xxxxx, much too busy to talk to me. Technician who plug into my vehicle was great. It’s not a good feeling when you go into dealer that you purchased a $59k vehicle new and they act nonchalant about what the cost will be, “yeah bring it in.....if it’s out of date it will be $871 to fix it”. I guess 4star ford charges him to look me up to see when my warranty start date began. No problem, they treated me well at Jack Powell Ford, looked me up, informed me of when my 3/36 warranty was up and started a ticket so I would be covered. I will be driving the 30 miles to mineral wells gladly for service and for any new vehicle purchases. More

A Dealer that listens to the customer!!!! I contacted 5 different dealers and told them the truck that I wanted. Four Star took the time to listen to my request and searched for it. They were able to get it delivered to me 300 miles away the next business day for a very reasonable price. I cannot express how refreshing it was to feel like a valued customer and to see a dealer that truly did provide a customer focused experience. I previously was a fleet manager where I purchased over 700 vehicles and this was one of the best dealer experiences I have had! I will be a returning customer as soon as I am ready to purchase another vehicle in the next 2 years. More

Over all glad I stopped by I connected Mrs Jackson and asked about coming in for a test drive. She hooked me up with Adam and Aaron.
