I had an average experience at 4 Star Nissan. Initially, Jackson was great during the sales process — attentive, responsive, and helpful. However, once he found out I was also speaking with another dealership to compare offers, his attitude noticeably shifted. He became short and less engaged. I was also told that new vehicles no longer come with carpet floor mats, but when I reviewed the window sticker, they were clearly listed. When I brought it up, I was told to just use the mats from my old car, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Post-sale support was disappointing. I had issues with NissanConnect and reached out to Jackson for help, but he stopped responding and never followed up like he said he would. I eventually had to contact another salesperson at the dealership to get assistance. Overall, the initial experience was promising, but the follow-through and customer service after the sale were lacking. I expected more from a reputable dealership. More
