My local dealership promised to sell me a 4Runner at MSRP, when they finally got one, they went back on their word and wanted $10K over. I put the word out that I would buy one at MSRP and Ryan/Four Sta MSRP, when they finally got one, they went back on their word and wanted $10K over. I put the word out that I would buy one at MSRP and Ryan/Four Stars contacted me and promised me they would get me one at MSRP. Not only did they keep their promise, but they delivered it to me as well (250 mile trip). On the way here the windshield got a chip, but they took responsibility for it, and fixed it at no cost to me. Ryan was extremely easy to communicate with during the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly the status of everything involved. I can't say enough great things about it. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I will look him up for all my future car purchases. More
