Over the course of the last 2 weeks we had been working with 2 different Toyota dealerships. Both of those dealerships "approved" us and then sold the car our from under us at both of those dealer ships. ( with 2 different Toyota dealerships. (I'm from Lubbock TX) I messaged about a truck here at four star Toyota and Israel Estraca contacted me within minutes of sending a message. He was so helpful and worked with us (we had many accommodations). Gary was also awesome! He explained everything to me and my husband in full detail. (we had so many questions). He was able to get us approved same day. As I mentioned before I live in Lubbock TX and this Toyota is in Altus OK. THEY DELIVERED my truck straight to my house the next day after paperwork. I would 100% recommend them for all your Toyota needs. More
