Noel and John went out of their way to help me find a vehicle that would work for me because I am mobility-impaired. Loan officer was polite and explained everything to me and was very efficient. Buying a car can be very complicated and actually painful. I drove my last new car for 11 years primarily because I didn't want to go through the stress of buying a new car again.
