The service is good, but the radio chatter between service desk and the shop is a less than desirable. Some things shouldn't be said over the radio and the people in the shop should have sense enough service desk and the shop is a less than desirable. My search for a GR86 led me to Four Stars and a very helpful gentleman named Israel did an incredible job taking care of my needs. I'm particular about my cars and I don't like the hassle of buying car helpful gentleman named Israel did an incredible job taking care of my needs. I'm particular about my cars and I don't like the hassle of buying cars from dealerships with pushy or deceptive tactics. I got none of that nonsense here. Israel walked me through the process of buying a car from another state, answered all my questions, took numerous photos, and communicated quickly to texts and calls. It was a painless experience and easier than you might imagine. Scared of buying a car without being there to see it, drive it, or pick it up, just call Israel. He was even going to pick me up from the airport if I decided to fly in. First-class service all the way. I plan on buying many more Toyotas from Israel in the future! More
