I have been looking for just the right truck for months when Four Stars and Israel hit my search criteria with what looked like a solid vehicle that met all my criteria. I had been in contact with a number of other dealerships as well, but from the first conversation - it was SO refreshing (vs other experiences elsewhere) to have such genuine and authentic relational concern for the whole process! I was purchasing from out of state, so there were a number of logistics to work out and I had a TON of questions to make sure that when I landed in state for the pickup - it was going to be what I expected. These guys surpassed all my expectations - always happy to get the answers I needed, super responsive, and helped make sure that I was fully comfortable with both the vehicle and the whole process every step of the way... When I arrived - everything worked out EXACTLY as they said - no games, no surprises - and the truck looked as good in person if not better than the pictures!!!! My 17 hour road trip home gave me plenty of time to get used to and fully enjoy my new purchase and Israel even checked in on me during the drive to make sure I was still doing alright...
