Purchased a 2024 Sienna and the process couldn’t have been easier. John clearly communicated throughout the whole process and was there to answer any questions I had. We purchased the vehicle from out of state and John walked us through the entire process virtually and made the pickup seamless. We saw Russell exit the building on his way to greet us as we exited our vehicle. Russell was up beat and personable. He immediately retrieved the key to the car we were interested in in buying and hopped as we exited our vehicle. Russell was up beat and personable. Inside he was quick to assist us with financing. Russell made sure the car was washed, vacuumed and had a full tank of gas prior to us departing very happy with him and our purchase. And the entire time I called him Roger! When I discovered my error the next day I called Russell and we had a good laugh. More
