BEST/MOST HONEST DEALER EVER!!!! After I bought the vehicle, he spent over an hour with me explaining my vehicles features and answering all of my questions! Curtis (General Sales Manager) also did a great job working with my on finding the exact vehicle I wanted at a great price point. He was honest, up front, and easy to negotiate with. Mitch (Sales Director) stepped in after the Dallas Dodge Dealer backed out of their deal to deliver my Jeep to Fowler I was supposed to buy. Mitch was able to take a very confusing situation, find another vehicle in Fowler's inventory with the same features (actually had few more features) and was very transparent during the entire process! I was shocked at how open and honest Fowler was during the entire experience. Fowler is the most honest dealer I have done business with in my 24 years of car buying. I will buy any and all future Dodge/Jeep vehicles from Fowler from here on out. It is hard to find a dealer who is honest and works hard to get you the car you want at a price you can actually afford. All the other dealers I have dealt with will say anything to get you in the door, and when you get there, they say "sorry, but..." Very happy with my Jeep Limited and the overall car buying experienced I received at Fowler Dodge...recommend anyone buying a new car get it from Fowler in Midwest City off from I240!!! Negotiations had broken down and I had discovered the other dealership was trying to include additional fees in my financing, I ended up leaving without the Jeep and heading to Fowler Dodge... Best decision I could have made. Upon arriving at Fowler I was warmly greeted by Shawn Ponds. I discussed the events experienced at the other dealership and made it clear what I was looking for and that I did not want to spend what remained of the day trying to purchase a Jeep. Shawn ensured me that Fowler operated with integrity and provided full disclosure throughout the process of the purchase, he was not wrong! Shawn took the time to go over everything that I was looking for, including trade in value, pricing, monthly payments, make, model, vehicle features, and even size of the engine. Shawn provided exceptional customer service and I ended up spending less than 2 hours at Fowler and walked away with a fully loaded brand new 2018 Jeep Sahara. Looking back on the experience I should have went to Fowler first, I could have spent less than 2 hours purchasing my new vehicle and the rest of the day enjoying my Saturday. I would like to thank Shawn and his team for making me feel comfortable and assisting me in making my car buying experience exceptional. Shawn turned an absolutely terrible day into a great experience. I will continue to go to Fowler Dodge for all of my vehicle needs in the future! More

I find it difficult to believe that an engineer would purposely design a vehicle to make loud suspension noise in the front end. Will not use this dealership for anything else More

They misled me. I brought my Wrandler in for a recall and the service rep told me I needed differential service. So I asked how much it would be and he said $169. So I brought my Wrandler in for a recall and the service rep told me I needed differential service. So I asked how much it would be and he said $169. So I said ok do it. When I came to pick up my car the bill was $377. I argued with him and he said that told me $169 per. I told him that he misled me and his response was I signed ok’ing the service which I did. My question is why didn’t he say $338? No one ever reads the fine print on an iPad when your walking out the door. He misled me and I will NEVER go back to that dealership!!!! My husband and I were extremely impressed by Rivers Coffman’s knowledge on everything Jeep related. Everyone that helped us did an awesome job, to include salesman, receptionist, finance and even a service member who stopped and helped me adjust my seat when she noticed I looked like I had a question. This was by far the best service we have ever received. We also appreciated the water and coffee. Rivers was awesome and I will recommend him. More
