Disappointed August 7, I left my 2014 Ram pickup for repairs. The factory recall U61 PCM update, problem with the radio, and intermittent starting issues were the August 7, I left my 2014 Ram pickup for repairs. The factory recall U61 PCM update, problem with the radio, and intermittent starting issues were the repairs needed. August 14, I was told my truck was fixed and ready to go. August 16 AM, the starting issues happened again. After calling the service dept.,I left the truck again that evening. The next morning when the repair status was checked on, nobody there knew anything about it. My wife gave permission the truck could be taken to another dealership to be checked. It was fixed in a couple of days. This afternoon, August 23, I found 2 sheets of paper dated 8/7/18 5:27 PM with my truck description and VIN showing wheel alignment failed (right front) and tire health marginal (4/32in.-6/32in.) This service was not requested and is not on the paperwork I got August 14. I'm not sure why I was not told about this problem. These papers were in the door pocket of the front passenger side. Today is the first day we have used that door since several days prior to 8/7/18. More

Easiest car buying experience ever. I called and asked about a new JL rubicon. Steve told me they just unloaded the exact one I was looking for. Dropped my vehicle off this morning and then called in the afternoon to inquire when it would be ready and was told it had not even been looked at and not certain if they would get to it by end of day tomorrow. At no time was this communicated with me or I would have found a different dealer to work with. Now I have to find a ride until they are finished with my vehicle. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and apologetic (it wasn't her fault and I actually felt sorry for her). More

Dishonest dealwrahip I was lied to and talked out of the car I wanted and was told the car I was getting was way cheaper. But by the end it was only 60 dollars cheaper.
