Sales always been fine, service not so much. I was really hoping the change in service managers was what this dealership needed. On my third trip here because of an incomplete brake job. The firs I was really hoping the change in service managers was what this dealership needed. On my third trip here because of an incomplete brake job. The first one back in October 2017 did way more damage than good. Been driving my Charger carefully since cause what I thought was a needed brake line bleed and/or new pads that were supposed to be replaced that time was actually a broke master cylinder. Keep in mind this wasn’t figured out by Service my previous trip last week that I paid $300 for. I assume I got new pads this time, car still was given back to me with serious brake fade. And have to deal with it at least another day while they order a master cylinder and charge me anoth $500+ to fix that. So since October 2017 I’ll be out over 1k on brakes and repair and 4 total trips to service . When I could’ve been out maybe $700 the first time to do everything right the first time. Also know my master cylinder and car were stopping just fine before that first brake service. Obviously no test drives preformed after any of the services. Going to give Westpointe in Yukon a try next time. Probably buy my 392 there. More

It is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I went there to buy a 2010 jeep Cherokee i saw on true car for 8888.00. So when I got there they still had it. Showed me it. I liked it so we moved fo I went there to buy a 2010 jeep Cherokee i saw on true car for 8888.00. So when I got there they still had it. Showed me it. I liked it so we moved forward. Well then the salesman comes back after discussing the price of 8888.00 with us ans he tells me its actually going to be like 9800.00 instead that it was priced wrong. So my husband and i said okay but no thanks. And got up left and went to our car. Their used car manager comes running out after us and catches us at our car. He apologizes profusely and tells us it will be the 8888.00 like we discussed. So we move forward and purchase the car. We got the extended warranty (thank God) because after having it not even a year we had to have about 3500.00 in repairs done. But every time we call their service dept noone ever knows anything. They cant tell u about the warranty etc. I would have to physically go up there and talk to the finance dept to get anything done with the warranty all while the finance tells me service knows all of this but they're just too lazy to do what theyre supposed to. Then they sent me a letter requesting to buy my jeep back... So my husband and I went to see what they had to offer. Told us they could show us multiple choices. After 6 hours there they just kept trying to force me into a renegade. Which i didn't even like and told them several times. Which we never did a credit app on the renegade because we didnt want to effect our credit for something we didn't even like. Then 2 weeks later i find out they ran my credit and my husbands. I call to confront them and tell them to sign the paper to get it off my hard inquiries and they tell me no i signed a credit app. I told them no i didnt and told them to give me a copy of the "application" i signed releasing them to run my credit. Still waiting...... I will never go back there and i wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to them. More
Clint was very nice to deal with. Overall a good experience. It took about 4 hours to complete the transaction. The people were nice to talk to.
