The service department at Fowler Ford is horrible. I took my Explorer in on March 27, 2021 and they still have my truck sitting in the back by the fence no one working on it. Since they have had my truck and they told me that they had all the parts to fix it they lied. My wind shield has been broken by them. They have told me for the past month and a half that it will be ready Thursday. Thursday comes and goes and my Explorer is still not fixed. They have made so many mistakes and they have refused to give me a loaner. There have been so many LIES told to me about my Explorer that it really sad. If your Ford needs servicing please seek another Ford Dealership I would never recommend Fowler to anyone More

I told the service dpt before I showed up what the problem was and I told them the check engine light came on and off because it is being triggered by an o2 sensor I was told to bring it in at 8 am Mo problem was and I told them the check engine light came on and off because it is being triggered by an o2 sensor I was told to bring it in at 8 am Monday which I did for them to fix it I live 50 miles away I brought it in they pulled the code it left showing that it was an 02 sensor but because the check engine light had went out they would not fix it even though they know it's going to kick the light on again so I wasted my time and fuel for a simple fix that they would not fix I bought the truck there new 7 months ago and I should not have to drive a new truck with the check engine light on come on fowler it's a simple fix and should have been a no brainer to fix. I can say that my next new ford I buy will be at a dealership that will fix what they sell. More
