Horrible - edited I scheduled an appointment online (to hopefully save time and there was a $5 off for doing so). I was told 1-1.5 hours for my 50k mile maintenance/oi I scheduled an appointment online (to hopefully save time and there was a $5 off for doing so). I was told 1-1.5 hours for my 50k mile maintenance/oil change when I arrived. THREE hours later someone came to check me out. Initially they tried to charge me for someone else’s services until I questioned what was done. The services on my paperwork didn’t match what I had selected online. The price didn’t match what it showed online, and no one could really tell me if what I had selected was done in the last 3 hours. Update: Jessica from Fowler called me about my service. She went over the services I received, and apologized for the lack of communication and wait. I will try them again. More

My Truck Buying Experience at Fowler Ford in Tulsa, Ok I was greeted immediately upon arriving at Fowler Ford by Kyle who immediately introduced me to Miranda. I had scheduled a test drive so Kyle pulled I was greeted immediately upon arriving at Fowler Ford by Kyle who immediately introduced me to Miranda. I had scheduled a test drive so Kyle pulled an F150 Lariat for me to test drive. It was a beautiful truck just a tad more than I wanted to pay so his manager Joe came to my rescue because they knew I loved the truck.and they wanted to do their best to help find me the perfect one. Joe had another idea and Kyle pulled up in an almost exact duplicate of the one I loved. I took it for a test drive and I was sold on it immediately. I finally met Charles who did magic with the financing and I was off a happy and satisfied customer. It was really the first car buying experience that I felt like I did not need to go into therapy after the sale. I want to thank the entire team for their help putting me into a vehicle I love and I am sure it will be extremely dependable for years to come. More

1 Hour oil change takes 2 hours instead Used the complimentary free oil change from when I bought the truck new. Scheduled an appt. for 10am. Pulled in and got zero acknowledgement from the Used the complimentary free oil change from when I bought the truck new. Scheduled an appt. for 10am. Pulled in and got zero acknowledgement from the employees present. Asked the service adviser about how long it would take..1 hour. O.k..fine. Watched the Price is Right on t.v. browsed their lot something for me (the truck is my wife's) One hour turns into two. I finally watch them pull the truck around while I'm watching the service adviser on the phone and talking to people. Then I see him grab his lunch sack and leave.. No oil change should take a 1/4 of the work day.. More
