Poor scheduling I made an appointment to bring my truck in for a problem with the radio and they told me what day to bring the truck in. 5 days after dropping it off I made an appointment to bring my truck in for a problem with the radio and they told me what day to bring the truck in. 5 days after dropping it off they still had not touched my truck. They kept telling me I was next in line. I ended up getting frustrated and picked my truck up without it being fixed or diagnosed. Customers expect for them to be ready to look at our vehicle on the day of our appointment (not 5 or more days later). There also seems to be some employees that are unhappy working there. The sales department is really good and nice people. And gets good reviews. But the service department is a completely different story. Might be a good time for some introspection or new management in that department. More

Walked in, got what we wanted, walked out. We had a 250 diesel that we no longer needed. We were able to trade it in at a fair price on a 150. Everyone was very helpful. Quick Resolution Late in the Day I was having trouble starting my car on a cold evening, and when I finally got it started I headed right to the dealer. It was 6:30 PM and Fowler Ford I was having trouble starting my car on a cold evening, and when I finally got it started I headed right to the dealer. It was 6:30 PM and Fowler Ford was still open with their late service hours. They quickly checked my battery and determined the battery was fine and that the issue was with my remote. I usually get an info reminder on the dash when the remote battery is low, but that didn’t happen this time. The dealership replaced the remote battery for free and got me back on my way. More
