What's with the new found douchery attitude among your staff members? Since when the meaning of Volkswagen changed to, "we think we are too good for you?" I own a 14 years old VW that I've been planning to upgrade for a while, but after been treated like I'm underserving of owning a newer one and disrepected by some dismissive jerk, I think I'm done with you. Idiots who can't or don't want to explain what's included in a quote and others who think they can push excessive mark ups if you accept their lunch bribes, it is too much for ne. I don't like dealing with drifters and liars and seems to me all you have for staff. Made me drive 80 some miles to waste my time. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! More
Don’t waste your time with this dealer. Made an appointment to test drive two vehicles. I live 30 mins away (hour round trip). I get there and they do not let you test drive unless you agree to their OTD price, prior to even being able to drive the car. Oh and ask them about their $2k+ in dealer addons. This isn’t 2020-2023 anymore. These dealerships need to figure it out before their 2020 profits run out and they close their doors for good. Waste of time and effort. Trust me, there are better dealerships out there. Fowler dealerships use to be great before 2020. More
Just to follow up my yesterday's appointment to let you know that the recall service that I was scheduled to do WAS NOT done and the alignment service that was also scheduled to do made my car even worst t know that the recall service that I was scheduled to do WAS NOT done and the alignment service that was also scheduled to do made my car even worst than it was before. I waited there for seven hours and nothing was done in my car or was poorly done. I have been a loyal customer since 2018 and the last two times I was there the service has decreased in quality. My situation yesterday was a tremendous disrespect with a customer. The employee who assisted me yesterday was really rude and impolite. I will looking for another dealership to take my business from now on. The employee, I believe his name was Jacob, lied to my face at the end trying to convince me that the recall was a two day job. It was NEVER brought to my attention before, it is not in the appointment email or on the text message I received confirming the appointment. In the email, it even says that the "the client will wait while the service is performed", unless someone expected me to sleep in the dealership, it was never a two day job. So I lost trust and confidence on Fowler VW Norman and I will not go back there and I will make sure that none of my friends make the same mistake that I did. More
