Cliff answered my call and had the vehicle ready for me when I got there for the test drive. Only problem, BIG scratch on hood! I drove the car and liked it but I had to have the scratch fixed to be a buyer. Long story short, scratch fixed to the point of imperceptible, great deal on the car, no back and forth BS.
