I had a mishap with my 2006 Terazza and broke the back window spray nozzle and third tail light lens. It is kind of a nuisance repair on an old car although the car is in very good shape. Todd Hitsman and the parts staff took the time to identify and order the parts needed and schedule the installation. Today they were installed the parts along with an oil change in just about 2 hours which was an easy wait in their comfortable, spacious area. I am so happy to have my car repaired with a reasonable time expenditure and cost. They also alerted me to items that may need future attention so i am not surprised or stuck. I really appreciate all their attention and communications with Todd to make sure my car is in the best of shape. More
