Awesome service I’ve been coming to this dealership for over 20 years and have had good and bad experiences. However, within my last 5 years of coming I’ve been fort I’ve been coming to this dealership for over 20 years and have had good and bad experiences. However, within my last 5 years of coming I’ve been fortunate enough to only deal with Walt Mitchell and he has been an absolute Gem. Mr. Mitchell has constantly gone out of his way and description of a dealer. He not only sold me a vehicle as a customer, but helped me get my credit back on track as a person. I’ve appreciated him so much through the years that Ive not only purchased several vehicles, I brought my youngest son in to get his first new vehicle. During this time I had the pleasure and honor of working with Mr. Mitchell again and Jeff Parker. Again, I was absolutely pleased with the outcome and so was my son. Emails with Tim I originally leased a 2016 Buick from Sellers but will certainly never do so again, and I would advise anyone against it as well. They previously had I originally leased a 2016 Buick from Sellers but will certainly never do so again, and I would advise anyone against it as well. They previously had some fantastic sales reps but I can say with certainty that is no longer the case. I exchanged several emails with Tim Egan while trying to understand my options on leasing another vehicle. Very quickly it was apparent he was irritated with my requests on pricing and incentives. However, I could understand that car salesman probably get a lot of non serious inquiries and I was able to move past that. It was his final email to me that cemented the fact that I would never work with him. I simply asked a question about the differences in pricing listed on their website versus what he was quoting me. I got a response I’d expect from a pissed off teenager hiding behind their computer screen in an online forum. His response, copied and pasted: “THERE ARE DIFFERENT INCENTIVES FOR BUYING AND LEASING!!!!!!!!! YOU ARE LOOKING AT THE OUT THE DOOR INCENTIVES FOR A PURCHASE ON A 2018!!!!!” Seriously? That’s how you want to present yourself to a potential customer? My question was straight forward. I hadn’t been at all aggressive or inflammatory in any of my conversation with him. Take your business elsewhere, there are a ton of dealerships in the area. More
