2018 Terrain Denali My wife and i needed a new vehicle for our growing family. I am so happy that we stopped at Sellers for our test drives and ultimately buying our GMC Terrain. Andrea was so wonderful in letting us test drive various SUV's and reviewing the differences. There was no hassling or pressure at all. When we finally purchased the vehicle the process was smooth relaxing adn very informative of going through the features of the vehicle. We will definitely be going back to Sellers for our next vehicle. More

Bungled Warranty Work I took my car in for warranty work on the airbag. When I got it back, there was a bad rattle when I accelerated. I already had an oil change scheduled I took my car in for warranty work on the airbag. When I got it back, there was a bad rattle when I accelerated. I already had an oil change scheduled at my usual repair place, so in the interest of time I asked them to check out the rattle. It turned out that Sellers had not bothered to screw down the heat shield after doing the warranty work. This was the second time in my experience that the Sellers repair department screwed up. The first time they were supposed to do an inspection along with an oil change, and they lost the paper work, so no inspection. I will not be back for a third try. More

Great dealership, but time waiting is getting unacceptable We have been buying and servicing cars at Sellers for almost 30 years. ALWAYS had a great experience with Joe Garber, now retired, Dennis Cummings, E We have been buying and servicing cars at Sellers for almost 30 years. ALWAYS had a great experience with Joe Garber, now retired, Dennis Cummings, Ed Vusick, service, and Tom Brown, best service managers around. Top notch, all of them! Have noticed, however, when making an appointment for a routine oil change, it's taking a hour and a half to complete. This is not acceptable when making an appointment. Love everything else about the dealership, so we continue to go to Sellers for everything related to our car. But, this issue should be addressed and fixed, if possible. I don't like the instant oil change places, but 20 minutes out of my day is much easier to accept. More
