It took me about a month from initial contact to actually driving away in my new Terrain but Tom was always persistent but not pushy. When I finally made my decision to go with GMC Tom was all over it checking inventory, deals, etc to get me the right car in my price range. He can move very fast when you're ready but he's also tolerant of the slow-walk of the shopping process; I couldn't recommend him more! Bottom line, if you want help and attention to detail but you don't want a desperate sales guy who makes you feel like they're doing you a favor, Tom's your guy. More
