Great Experience from beginning to end This was my first experience at this dealership, as for many years I had been loyal to another dealership in the area but this experience was a game c This was my first experience at this dealership, as for many years I had been loyal to another dealership in the area but this experience was a game changer. All of the staff was friendly from the greeter at the entrance to the salesman that introduced himself, Joe Garber, when he approached. We sat down and discussed what I was looking for in a new car and I never felt rushed or like I was bothering him. Joe listened and we were able to work together to find what I was looking for, a 2017 Acadia in Black Cherry. It was at another dealer but he said that was no problem and they would work on getting it. He would let me as soon as he heard something. Unfortunately that particular vehicle was already sold and Jim Borthwick had the pleasure of letting me know that, as Joe was off that day, but he did have a similar vehicle at there location. It did, however have different equipment on it. Jim reviewed this with me via phone and we set up to met on Saturday, as the dealership is open the last two Saturdays of the month, to discuss and possibly lease this vehicle. Jim sent me an email regarding items to bring with me as to help facilitate the process if I decided to move forward. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted promptly by Jim who was extremely busy but made me feel like I was a priority. We were able to discuss the vehicle and options without feeling rushed and I got the car I wanted. I would definitely recommend not only the dealership but also Jim and Joe if your looking for a new vehicle. Keep up the good work! More
