My salesman, Bradley Noel was nothing less than a friendly and professional gentleman. There was an issue with the vehicle after the purchase was complete and I was asked to bring it in right away. They went out of their way to get me a loaner car and returned my vehicle fixed at their cost within a few hours. I will most definitely recommend them. More

Sellers service flooded vehicle I've had numerous poor experiences with Sellers Buick-GMC service department, but my latest experience has been the worst one yet. I've given them amp I've had numerous poor experiences with Sellers Buick-GMC service department, but my latest experience has been the worst one yet. I've given them ample opportunities to redeem themselves, but the level of service from them continues to be lousy. In my latest experience with them, the service department had my vehicle over the weekend and left the sun roof open. It poured. They returned the vehicle to me with the interior flooded, and standing water in the cup holders. Further more they've failed to make things right after trashing my vehicle. I've bought/leased 5 vehicles from them over the course of the last 12 years but I refuse to do business with them any longer, and I would suggest you look elsewhere for your next vehicle. Pat Hogan and Sellers have failed to do the right thing, which is terminate my lease so I can go buy another GMC Terrain from another dealership. More
