I leased Buick Enclave which is THE BEST FAMILY SUV in my opinion. Truly elegant. Couple of years ago I had worked with Jim Borthwick, but at that time I did not lease Buick. Couple of months ago, when I went again to take a look at Buicks, Jim recognized me and most importantly he still greeted me with same curtsey which he had shown before even though at that time, I did not buy or lease. I visited 3 or 4 times to check out different models with my family and every time Jim exhibited the same enthusiasm. Jim and his sales manager Steve worked with me to get me the best possible deal.
