This particular problem wasn't simple, but the techs and especially the service advisors stuck with the problem till it was SOLVED. They took the time to understand what I needed done, and then, more importantly took the time to make sure I was satisfied. And they are simply nice people too! More

However, we were pleasantly surprised from the initial phone call to driving our pre-owned vehicle off the lot. Our sales associate, Sean, was polite and respectful and did not pressure us to buy a different vehicle than the one we were interested in. He efficiently processed our paperwork and went above and beyond to help us out with questions that arose before, during, and even after the sale. While most of our dealings were with Sean, we were also treated well by everyone we spoke with at this dealership. More

They did a great job...my only complaint is how far your dealership is away from my home.
