We stopped in looking for a minivan. We weren't in the best place financially but working with Gabe, who kept her eye out for exactly what we wanted, she was able to get us everything and more at the righ best place financially but working with Gabe, who kept her eye out for exactly what we wanted, she was able to get us everything and more at the right price. I never felt pressured or made to feel bad about what I could afford or not. Hoping that I won't be car shopping for many years to come but I will be sure to follow up with Gabe when I do! More

While we did not purchase today, Jalin was very helpful, first in interviewing us to learn what we were looking for, then matching that to inventory, arranging the test drive and communica was very helpful, first in interviewing us to learn what we were looking for, then matching that to inventory, arranging the test drive and communicating to and for us in the negotiations. Great job, very professional. Will return i nthe future when it's time to trade our Camery. We did not buy because we also had and appt with another Toyota dealer and at the end of the day, mileage on the one we were quoted was just a bit higher than we would have liked. I had my service light come on in my 2018 Camry. I took it to Fox Toyota and they had to replace the water pump. I dropped my car off and came back for it. When I dropped the person off to pick it up, half it to Fox Toyota and they had to replace the water pump. I dropped my car off and came back for it. When I dropped the person off to pick it up, half way home they called me and said that the service engine light is still on. I called the dealership and was told to bring it back in. When I got back to the dealership and asked why the service lights are still on, they said the service lights are on because it needs an oil change. They then said if I would have asked for an oil change they would have done that and reset lights. I told them I didn't know that the oil needed to be changed yet but why didn't they call me and tell me the lights are still on and something more needs to be done. They again said I didn't ask for another service. I didn't know I needed to. I would have had it done if they had told me the light was still on and I needed it serviced. I didn't need to make a second trip. When they didn't understand my side, I asked to speak to a supervisor and the guy there told me there was nobody there to speak to. So if you use Fox Toyota and have issues, they don't have a supervisor for you to talk to. The ironic part to this is when we were there we were looking at new cars to trade the 2018 in. We will now look at other dealerships. If they had been professional and told me that they made a mistake and hadn't blamed me, this would've never happened. Why would I take my vehicle in with maintenance lights on and have it returned to me with the same lights still on? Makes no sense. More
Patient and thorough My 15 year old Solara rarely gets to the dealership (I live 20 miles away, and have a convenient local garage for simple stuff, and it IS a Toyota, so My 15 year old Solara rarely gets to the dealership (I live 20 miles away, and have a convenient local garage for simple stuff, and it IS a Toyota, so nothing ever goes wrong). This particular problem wasn't simple, but the techs and especially the service advisors stuck with the problem till it was SOLVED. They took the time to understand what I needed done, and then, more importantly took the time to make sure I was satisfied. And they are simply nice people too! More
