When a special incentive became available, Ben reached out to me to advise me about it. We he was low key in his sales approach but put together a fair deal. Due to a complication in locating the specific car we wanted, Ben and Christina Wickersheim worked diligently to find the exact vehicle. From the moment we walked in, it was apparent that there was something different about this dealership. The sales professional we worked with (Ted Wenecki) was extremely patient and took the time to answer all our questions --- even when asked multiple times. It was not a typical car sales experience that I've dealt with in the past. Instead, I was made to feel extremely comfortable about the entire process and provided all the necessary information to feel confident about the purchase. We also appreciated the fact the dealership's GM (Mike Castagnino) took the time to come over and sincerely thank us for our business. Having had different experiences in the past, this gesture only reinforced that there's something different here. The people at Fox Valley Buick GMC were incredibly helpful to me. I had a pretty small budget, but they worked hard at trying to find me a suitable used vehicle in my price range. They even brought a couple of vehicles over from somewhere else that they thought would work, but after they inspected the vehicles, they decided they were not good enough quality for them to sell. It made me trust them even more, knowing so many car dealers would easily sell these vehicles to me. It seems they have pretty high standards. All the staff were very friendly to me, had great attitudes, and they all went out of their way to help me in other ways as well, such as because I was moving to another state soon after buying the car, they were able to get me the title in time before I left Illinois. I know others who have bought cars from Fox Valley dealerships, and they all have had very good experiences. More
