I had a fantastic experience buying my Atlas from Frank at VW of Crystal Lake. I’m not going to lie, being a woman and beginning the search for a new car on my own while my husband was working was a bit sc at VW of Crystal Lake. He was incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with and not pushy (super patient) which was key for my husband and I since we needed to wait 2 weeks from beginning our search to purchasing since we were finishing refinancing our house.
