Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. They offered a trade in value for my previous vehicle, but I thought I could get more selling it. Purchased the car over the internet. The sales and finance team of Dino, Jay and Dan took care of everything. They even picked me up at the train station. About ten minutes later, Jim and Nick come over to tell me that I wouldnt be getting the car for the price that Matt and I had already agreed on. Nick the sales manager was a joke. Stellar customer service was the last thing on his mind. He was rude and extremely unprofessional making me out to be the bad guy when his sales rep was the one who apparently messed up. This company claims to be so wonderful with customer service but this was honestly the worst experience with car shopping that I have ever had. More
