He came over with a loaner TIGUAN until his service team could bring the lock nut tool the next morning, and then they fixed (plugged) the flat. EXCEEDED my expectations for great service More

Met initially with Marshall to arrange for test drive and continued the negotiation of final sales price with Sales Manager Casey Sleeman. Comfortable back and forth discussion to find mutual cost and was stress free. Agreed upon a deal and decided to purchase but informed them I was going out of town on business but wouldn’t be able to pick it up for a few days. Put a deposit on the car and worked with Casey via text and email on all essentials for paperwork to get processed. Casey then went WAY over the top by picking me up at the airport when I returned instead of having to grab a cab or Uber. What an unexpected treat to have and was greatly appreciated! Casey realizes the role that customer service plays in the purchase of a new car and that car buying like everything is evolving. Gestures like these will continue to set aside this dealership from others as providing a great place to buy a car from! More
