Pleasant Business Experience I needed to find an adequate vehicle to get me to work and back on a daily basis. When I met Derek Erickson I explained that my old work beater had died and I needed a replacement. He immediately showed me a 2000 VW Jetta that while dated was in good enough shape to fill my needs. I never once in all my years felt as if they were trying to get me to purchase a car I didn’t want or couldn't afford. John Larson in the finance department always at all times had my best interest and took all the time I needed last night (August 27, 2015) when I was purchasing my car. I never once felt pressure to purchase my car. I was at ease at all times. Jim Conklin was very understanding to what I was trying to do. Not once did Jim even try to sell me a car I didn't want. I walked in the door told Jim what I was there to accomplish. Jim sat down with me and proceeded in that direction. Anderson Volkswagen is friendly, open and has honest relationships with their customers. I have also had my car service at Anderson Volkswagen. By service I mean my 10,000 mile service checkup and oil change. My cars have always come back to me quickly and cleaner. The Service team has always treated me with respect and keeping me informed as to what was going on with my car.
