Within 5 minutes of me telling him that, he had a new Chevrolet Suburban from the Enterprise company waiting for me, due to lack of loaner cars, in the front of the dealership all cleaned and gas in it as I was on my way to Downers Grove. When I returned in the afternoon to get my car, not only had they cleaned it, but it had rained since they cleaned it and he had the cleanup wash it again. Matthew went above and beyond helping me with the service of my vehicle, but also made me feel very welcome there. He asked me how my interview went and proceeded to talk ask about how my day went.
