I made my offer, Matt shook my hand told me we had a deal, then got all my info including my social to get my financing started. About ten minutes later, Jim and Nick come over to tell me that I would deal, then got all my info including my social to get my financing started. About ten minutes later, Jim and Nick come over to tell me that I wouldnt be getting the car for the price that Matt and I had already agreed on. Nick the sales manager was a joke. Stellar customer service was the last thing on his mind. He was rude and extremely unprofessional making me out to be the bad guy when his sales rep was the one who apparently messed up. This company claims to be so wonderful with customer service but this was honestly the worst experience with car shopping that I have ever had. More
