I came in to the dealership without the intention of buying a new car today, but they showed me a way to lower my interest rate & improve my equity. Trevor and Max were outstanding. I worked with Trevor for 6 months while my ID.4 was on order through VW's reservation system. We chatted monthly. Trevor moved from Sales to Finance and so my test drive in t 6 months while my ID.4 was on order through VW's reservation system. We chatted monthly. Trevor moved from Sales to Finance and so my test drive in the final months and sale ultimately happened with Max. Again, nothing could have been better. Max was as nice, straightforward, and accommodating as Trevor. Perfect. The whole experience was better than any of my other 5 previous new car purchases at other dealers. There was no pressure and the dealership is just plain customer friendly. Lookup and watch VW of Crystal Lake videos on YouTube with the staff and you'll get a clear sense of the dealer's culture. When you call on the phone or visit even the receptionists make you a high priority. Just very pleasant and sincere all around. I will recommend VW of Crystal Lake to my friends and family. Amazing service!!! This was my husbands and I first experience buying a car. It was a such a smooth process and Adrian our sales associate made us feel so comfortable.
