I love the service that is done on my vehicle, which is why I keep returning. Although, something has to be said about the customer service. As you pull into the service department & get out of your vehicl why I keep returning. Although, something has to be said about the customer service. As you pull into the service department & get out of your vehicle, no one acknowledges you...NO ONE! I ended up standing next to my car trying to figure out who to go to or what to do. Look up, nod, wave, telling me someone will be with me in a minute...something!! Makes you feel very awkward. More

I believe I was also pondering the glaze ice that was anticipated and the temperature. The only I now have a question on is did the tires get rotated or not? so if I was late........maybe that didnt get done. Nothing was said. I was told all ok, and that fluids were topped off. The temp went up enough that I got a free car rinse off which is always good!?!? Thank you for understanding not everything runs by the clock even so hard as we try. More
