If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I dropped off my car for the entire day when I have been very busy, for an oil change and detail. The dip stick is missing on my car and the detail w I dropped off my car for the entire day when I have been very busy, for an oil change and detail. The dip stick is missing on my car and the detail was so poorly done that when I got my car back I had to call and they told me it was cleaned for hours and basically it was clean, which it was not. I literally ran my finger across panels to reveal black dust all over my finger. Then they told me to bring it back, and I told them that I am busy every single day and won’t be available until the first week in September and they said well the car better not be dirty. The fact that a detail should make a car look new and not just barely cleaned and then for them to not believe me is insane. More

Only replaced on strut not bot, didn’t call to tell it was finished. When I called I was laughed at by the employee that answered because they were ready to close & didn’t want to check for me. was finished.
