Service experience was superb. However, while driving home, I heard a clunk under my card. Something (oil pan cover?) was not attached properly and it is now hanging towards the ground. I now need to dr home, I heard a clunk under my card. Something (oil pan cover?) was not attached properly and it is now hanging towards the ground. I now need to drive from Madison down to Janesville for this to be looked at/fixed. Very disappointing. More

Brought new (2019) Jeep in to fix radio. You had it for 3 hours and called and told me you would have to order a new radio. I was told it would take a couple of weeks. I called service department over 2 week hours and called and told me you would have to order a new radio. I was told it would take a couple of weeks. I called service department over 2 weeks later and was told it could be 3 or 4 months to get a radio. Why wasn’t I told this before. Lousy communication. Service department was a big part of your sales pitch when I bought the car. More

Plenty of waiting room. Took 1.5 hours on a Friday morning to get oil change. Car wash was terrible. Poor communication about what was going on and where we needed to be.
