Had to have a recall done and was scheduled to have it done and was told all parts were available. Recall was not done no parts. Also had a couple of problems diagnosed. The entire service staff is always very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. Since I commute a good distance for work, its not always easy to schedule times but they always seem to come through f accommodating to my schedule. Jericho and Patrick are fantastic examples of what good customer service experience is supposed to look like! Car issues are always stressful and they care about their customers and do what they can to put me at ease.
