Good friendly people trying their best. But I sat there for 4.5 hours the first day when they hooked up my van to the computer. They concluded the batteries were bad but not news for the radio screen which also holds the temperature controls, time, etc. I had to bring it back up again then next week. They finally found that the radio was bad-in all my years I have never had any radio go bad-even in used cars. I am so disappointed in my Pacifica. I met with a woman for service-Julie?
