My over all except has been good. The sales dept was phenomenal! I have struggled a little with service. When I dropped my truck off for the spray in bedliner that went well. When I tried to get information about picking my truck up is where it went a little wrong I called up and was transferred to service and the advisor told me Mikayla was my advisor and put me on hold to get her. This is when I started to get upset. I was on hold for over 25 minutes and no one ever picked up. I called back after the long wait time and asked for Mikayla specifically this time. I got her right away this time. I told her that I was on hold for over 25 minutes and the response I got was “I’m not sure who they were paging but it wasn’t back here”. Not really any apologies but I just got the not my fault vibe. I was told my truck was being picked up and should be back to the dealer before I got there. That was Good. I arrived found Mikayla and she said “there is no paperwork because it was part of the deal”. She handed my keys and said my truck was in the back. As I started to walk away she asked if I wanted it pulled up and I declined I get to my truck thinking there may be some kind of information from the company that did the bedliner some kind of warehouse info or something. There was nothing. Not her fault but my radio was turned up louder than when I left it. I know that is kind of trivial but it bugged me none the less. So I went back into the drive to ask Mikayla about the warranty info and whether or not there was a cure time or dry time on the liner because I wanted to wash the truck right away. She said “that is a good question and we should ask them that the next time we go over there”. I also asked about any warranty info for the liner and she said she had none and that it was covered by the dealer. I looked at the companies website and the liner offers a lifetime warranty only if you fill out and submit the requested info online. I reached out again to the dealer and was told that they would cover any issues with the liner if something happens. Now I do not expect anything to happen but I hat if I move out of state or move away from this dealer. Would I now have to drive back to the dealer states away just to fix a problem that the bedliners manufacture should handle. More

I live 57 miles from Janesville and come here to buy cars from this dealership as they are ethical and responsive. I purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan and he following year TJ sold me a VW Beetle. This dealership is hit or miss. I bought new tires and I expected them to be clean and look nice since there “new” what I received was gross, rusted tires… they had a orangeish dust I bought new tires and I expected them to be clean and look nice since there “new” what I received was gross, rusted tires… they had a orangeish dust on them and I was told it would come off. After months of car washes and trying to clean the tires myself it still is on the tires, I contacted Richard and he said he would do digging for me, I didn’t hear anything for a month so I called again which he stated he is still “looking into it” it’s been over 5 months and not a phone call back which goes to show he was hoping I go away. I’ve been having shifting/transmission problems ever since I last got it serviced at Franks for oil pan and hose replacement. After bringing it in multiple times just for them to say nothing is wrong yet charge me an arm and a leg for nothing I’m absolutely tired of wasting my money. On top of that oil changes cost over $100 bucks now for a car?? Plus they didn’t even top off my coolant or wind shield wiper fluid…. Clowns work here. Time to be going else where that my time and money will be valued. Then they contacted dealer review to complain to get my review deleted because it’s obviously working. More
