Arrived for my scheduled online appointment with confirmation and service rep stated it would be 1.5 to 2 hours because of drive up services. Came in for an oil change. The gentleman talked me into a wheel rotation as they had a really good "coupon" on it. So I threw it in. Sat in the waiting room (always nice set up for snacks/drinks while I wait) When service was done, the bill came to 94 bucks. I figured that meant my husband must have used the free one already and that tire rotation coupon was not very great. Drove off, got half way home and the tire pressure light came up. Cool, I guess I'll stop and fill if full of air after dropping almost 100 bucks to get it done. (I live in beloit and was back) Fill it full of air...pressure drops. Why? Cause it hasn't been reset from the tire rotation. Which after looking at bill, did not have adjustment of rotation. Called back, told to bring it back for the reset. Husband calls and I find out that he has not got the free oil change. Was told next time they will give me my free oil change and rotate my tires for free. I just have to look for "so and so" or "so and so" and mention it to them. No coupon was given, I don't even know if there were notes put in the computer. It obviously wasn't looked at when I came in for free oil change, so I guess we shall see if "so and so" or "so and so" remembers the situation. Sad, as we love frank Boucher to purchase our vehicles, just wish we had better luck with the service area. More
