Before I retired, we were not allowed to take our company cars (not VW's) to the dealer for service. I used a good independent service center. With my GTI and now the Alltrack, I feel very good about the service, knowledge, and attention I get from the Boucher service department. I've also dealt with Jericho and Kayce in the past and would say the same. More

Great service! Boucher always takes good care of me. I hit a rock in the park with my Cherokee and wrecked the tire and damaged the rim. Remove bad gas from tank and get Jep ready to safelybe drive I filled the gas tank with ethanol gas, in error. I called the dealership the following morning and they worked me into the schedule. After pumping the bad gas out and got it reay to be driven safely in a relatively short time. I had made a major misake but everyone was very kind. My first purchase at Frank Boucher was a 2015 Cherokee and I was always happy with the service on that vehicle. So far, very happy with the service on the 2019 Grand Cherokee. More
