Oil change and Isuzu check up I can always get my vehicle in for servicing with out needing an appointment. I can usually get my vehicle out in the same day. Ronnie Botello is usually the service representative I work with and he is very professional and pleasant. I love Frank Brown Service center due to their having Isuzu techs available, site is close to where I work, I can avail myself to their shuttle service, they will call me if they find something in-expected during a routine maintenance. Automatic transmission went out under warranty (parts & labor). Technician said it was a faulty torque converter. It took two weeks & 2 days to get the vehicle out of the shop. It still doesn't shift pr labor). Technician said it was a faulty torque converter. It took two weeks & 2 days to get the vehicle out of the shop. It still doesn't shift properly, but as the only vehicle for a sole proprietor business, I can't afford to be without it for another two weeks. I was also charged $372 to take out & replace the exhaust manifold bolts necessary to install the new torque converter. More
