If I could give a half star or no stars If I could. Absolutely the worst communication and customer service. My car was ready for two days and no one called. I didn’t know it was ready until I called asking for an update, 6 days after leaving it. They have been doing an oil consumption test since last June. When I asked them how many more oil changes I had to do for them to move forward. They asked me bring it in so they could “test” it. When I went to pick it up they reported “nothing found“. Then said gmc standard for oil consumption Issues is 1qt every 2,00 miles. I showed oil consumption at 3,000 miles. I was never told to come in at 2,000. I had oil loss from 1-2 qts each oil change. I had sensor issues, my car would stall out all due to oil consumption issue. I asked what “tests” were done the entire time they had my car. I wasn’t given an answer and he just kept referring to the oil change log. After I pointed these issue out he leaves and comes back and says Well, this bulletin expired 4/2020. Again none of this was told to me. He then said I will get with my rep and see what they can do. I’m still waiting for a call. More

I took my car yesterday to the service department to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. When I picked my car up, I started driving home and the tire pressure monitor light came on I so I had to re-c the oil changed and the tires rotated.
