Our salesman, Ricardo Alegria is the best, second time we have purchased thru him! Finance dept came through 100% during this period as well. These are stressful times during this quarantine period. That being said, service dept, those in charge of making sure new sales are tip-top dropped the ball somewhere. There was minor hail damage which should have been taken care of before delivery. When it was delivered to my home by Ricardo, which is Maybe 8 miles from the dearship. It overheated and dumped all the water and antifreeze in my driveway. I understand things happen however I don’t think this vehicle was gone over. We opted for another Acadia. I am confident this one will be checked thoroughly. Service manager needs to be aware. If I didn’t trust Frank Brown and. love GMC it would be different. More

Albert was fantastic, he helped me and made the process very smooth, but the other guy I worked with also, kept nitpicking and basically acted like he didn’t want me to buy the car, I left the day I was su very smooth, but the other guy I worked with also, kept nitpicking and basically acted like he didn’t want me to buy the car, I left the day I was supposed to buy a car, with him telling me I couldn’t that I needed more paperwork, but then the next day Albert calls me and says its okay that what I had was approved and i didn’t need anything extra. I don’t remember the other mans name but I do remember Albert, he sold me my first car. And I am thankful for him. More
