Here's the however, they had to get a wheel lock out of my glove box, items that were accidentally drug out were left on the floor board. When I went to pick up my vehicle the wait was about 15-20 minutes just to get my vehicle brought around. I tried to get a wheel rotate and balance a few months ago and was asked where the wheel lock was I told them it was in the bag on top of the spare, I was told there was too much stuff in my trunk for them to reach the bag. (One plastic container could have been moved to get to the spare tire.) Another instance I had to buy a passenger seat guard that was ordered but was the wrong part. I was refunded the amount less 25% for an error that was not mine. My daughter had a Honda Odyssey and had a low tire warning, she didn't know if she could put "regular" air in the tire since they had advertised having been filled with nitrogen. She went to the service bay and was told she would have to leave her vehicle for service as they couldn't tell her if "regular" air would work. Instead of leaving her Odyssey she drove to Gene Messer Toyota, she was taken care of in a timely fashion and sent on her way to work. Needless to say they are on their third Toyota vehicle after trading in the Honda. More

In November I took my truck in for a recall on the block heater and have the sensor in the overflow for the radiator replaced for the third time they had to order the parts and told me they would call them heater and have the sensor in the overflow for the radiator replaced for the third time they had to order the parts and told me they would call them when they came in in February I called them and they said they had closed the account but they did have the parts for the sensor 45 minute job took it in on Monday 7:30 AM got it back on Wednesday3:30 PM not happy at all Could not get people to call me back left several messages I will find a new service providerI would’ve gave them zero stars More
