Disappointed My wife and I flew in from Atlanta yesterday to purchase a 2019 Yukon Denali ultimate. When I arrived at the airport I called Andrew and asked for tra My wife and I flew in from Atlanta yesterday to purchase a 2019 Yukon Denali ultimate. When I arrived at the airport I called Andrew and asked for transportation to the dealership. He said he was taking his dog out on his break and he didn’t MIND coming to pick us up , but he’s in the opposite direction. I managed to flag down a lift driver and we were on our way. When we arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was very dirty even though he knew we were flying in that morning. A couple of days before we were asked to provide credit authorization and documents so we could be on the fast track once we arrived and quickly on our way. We were directed to the new car waiting area and asked if we would wait on Steven in finance. We said ok and he said he was going to get the car washed. 25 minutes later I still saw the car outside dirty. When I asked Andrew he replied “ I have to clean it.myself . We waited approximately an hour before Steven approached to handle the paperwork. He was pleasant to work with but we didn’t feel valued after waiting so long. Might mention that their was not a lot going on at the time. Bottom line is if a customer is flying in from Atlanta Andrew, immediately say how was your flight? Myself or someone from the dealership will be right over? Car should have been cleaned? He should not have been the only one left to clean the vehicle,Or , should he had that responsibility, he should have cleaned the vehicle before we arrived.? If we were asked to provide information days before we should not have sat in the sales room that long. One person out of 7 ask if we needed any help. Conversations between salesmen about going camping with a new girlfriend! Other salesman asking only if she had two legs? Pictures on phone passed around all in front of my wife. Lastly, after we returned from finance, the car had been washed off.. The windows were terrible and the exterior of the vehicle cleaning did not reflect the GMC Denali standard by any stretch.. we also then observed several scratches and scrapes which was disheartening because I asked Andrew if he looked the vehicle over and to point out any imperfections. He said that there were none . That infact he had another salesman look it over to. More
