I hadn’t heard anything so I called at 4:00 p.m bc A week ahead of time I made 8:30 a.m appointment to have car looked at. I dropped car off on time. I picked it up and service guy said they’re 1.5 days behind I’ll keep you in line and call when it’s your turn sometime on Friday. About a week later service guy left a msg that I need to make appointment to drop my car off. More
