Tire issues I had a flat tire and came to the service center thinking since my vehicle was new the tire would be covered. It wasn't and the price of the tire at y I had a flat tire and came to the service center thinking since my vehicle was new the tire would be covered. It wasn't and the price of the tire at you location was $100 more than any other place in Lubbock. I had them put the spare on and left. I was told the would put the new tire on for free as part of my service contract. I bought the tire at another store and brought it with me. I was charged $50 to have it put on even though I had been told it would be free before. Also when they put the spare back they left the lid open and it kept popping back up and tripping my kids as they tried to get to their seats. I had to get my husband to work on it to get the lid to stay down as I couldn't get it myself. On the bright side the man who checked me out was nice and the first service person I talked to was helpful in getting my spare on. More
