Long story story short was the sevices advisor was fine but I left the truck for 24 hours for the alignment and got the truck back with the steering wheel not inline with the wheels and ended up waiting 2 hours at the dealership at it had been there for more then 24 hours. More

Yukon service Had my Yukon in a week before to fix the DVD player and they found a leak on my radiator. They ordered a part for it and when it came in they called m Had my Yukon in a week before to fix the DVD player and they found a leak on my radiator. They ordered a part for it and when it came in they called me to bring the Yukon in and replace it. Ended up ordering the wrong part but was able to get a loaner car for the day. Got the part the next day. The only issue we had was when we got the DVD player replaced it did not come with a remote. Our old one was shipped off so we have to wait a couple weeks to get the remote back. More
